PE-HD/热处理秸秆复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要: 以热处理秸秆为增强纤维,以高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)为基体,制备PE-HD/热处理秸秆复合材料。考查了不同热处理温度与不同热处理时间对复合材料的力学性能以及复合材料吸水性的影响。结果表明,与PE-HD/未热处理秸秆复合材料相比,PE-HD/热处理秸秆复合材料吸水性有很大幅度的降低;力学性能中拉伸强度和弯曲强度与纯PE-HD相比有明显增强,与PE-HD/未热处理秸秆复合材料相比有所降低;通过扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料的微观形貌发现,复合材料中增强纤维与基体均匀混合,纤维在长度方向形成了定向排列。

Abstract: PE-HD composites were prepared with heat-treated straws. The influence of heat-treating temperature and time on the water absorption and mechanical properties of the composites was studied. It was found that the heat-treatment reduced the water absorption, increased the tensile and flexural strengths, however, a little decreased the impact strength. SEM revealed that the straw was uniformly mixed with PE-HD.
