黑色PBT材料激光打标发泡模型研究

Study on Laser Marking Foaming Model for Black PBT Materials

摘要: 通过对黑色聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)材料激光打标的发泡机理进行研究,提出了相应的数学模型。结果表明,影响黑色PBT材料激光打标效果的主要因素是泡孔覆盖率、泡壁吸收系数以及泡孔的高度和直径等;模型分析发现,当测试光线照射到激光打标区域时,光线在泡孔表面会发生反射、折射和透射等效果;其中,泡孔覆盖率是影响激光打标效果的主要因素,实验发现通过调整泡孔覆盖率,可以将激光打标的L值从42.6左右提高到72.8左右;色差值(ΔE)从15.1提高到42.8左右。

Abstract: In this paper, the foaming mechanism of the laser marking of black PBT material was studied, and the corresponding mathematical model was established. The theoretical analysis indicated that the main factors affecting the laser marking effect of black PBT material included the coverage of bubbles, the absorption coefficient of bubble wall, and the height and diameter of the bubble hole. The model analysis suggested that the test light reflected, refracted and transmitted on the surface of the bubble when irradiated on the laser marking area. The coverage of bubbles was considered as the main factor affecting the lasermarking effect. It is found that the L value of the laser marking increased from 42.6 to 72.8 by adjusting the coverage of bubbles, and meanwhile the value of ΔE was improved from 15.1 to 42.8.
