高分子材料DOPO基阻燃剂研究进展

Research Progress in DOPO-Based Flame Retardants for Polymers

摘要: 综述了9,10-二氢-9-氧-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)基阻燃剂在高分子材料,如环氧树脂、聚酯、聚丙烯中的研究进展和应用,指明了阻燃剂的发展方向。目前,高分子材料DOPO基阻燃剂主要向着低添加量、多元素协同阻燃和不影响材料其他性能方向发展,展示出了良好的应用前景。

Abstract: This article reviewed the research progresses in 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO)-type flame retardants and their applications in polymeric materials like epoxy resins, polyesters and polypropylene and also pointed out their future development direction. At the present, the development of DOPO-based flame retardants used for polymer are mainly focused on the direction toward low addition, multi-elemental flame-retardant synergy and no side-effect on the flame-retarded polymers. This type of flame retardants exhibit exhibits a good application prospect.
