A Brief Analysis of Safety Concerns for Plastic Food Packaging Materials in China

摘要: 简要概述了塑料食品包装材料的发展及塑料包装材料的种类,详细分析了影响塑料包装食品安全的因素,不仅原材料和加工助剂能影响食品安全,法律法规、产品质量检验方法和技术也是影响食品安全的重要因素。提出了提高食品安全性的措施,明确政府职责,发挥监管作用;完善相关标准,强化检验体系;强化企业自管,提高自律意识;加大科研投入,开发绿色材料。

Abstract: This article summarized the development and classifications of plastic food packaging materials in China and analyzed the factors affecting food safety in detail, which included raw materials, processing aids, laws and rules, and the measurement methods and techniques of product quality.Some suggestions were also proposed for the improvement of food safety, including the clarification of government responsibilities, the enhancement of administration, the implementation of relevant standards and the enhancement of quality systems.Moreover, the enterprises should strengthen their selfmanagement, raise the awareness of selfdiscipline and enhance the investment in research and development of green materials.
