不同磷酸酯与酚醛树脂复配阻燃ABS的机理讨论

摘要: 分别采用磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、双酚A双(二苯基)磷酸酯(BDP)、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯(IPPP)与酚醛树脂(PF)复配阻燃丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。研究了磷酸酯的种类及用量对ABS/PF复合材料阻燃性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等对阻燃机理进行讨论。结果表明,不同含量时,磷酸酯可以通过物理干扰影响材料的阻燃性;不同种类时,磷酸酯可以通过化学干扰影响材料的阻燃性;同时,化学干扰对物理干扰有较强的催化加速作用。

Abstract: The flame-retardant ABS was prepared by combination of phenolic resin (PF) with several types of phosphates such as triphenyl phosphate (TPP), bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate) (BDP) and isopropylated triphenyl phosphate (IPPP). The effects of the type and dosage of phosphates on the flame retardant properties of ABS were investigated, and the flame retardant mechanisms were studied by FTIR and SEM. The results indicated that phosphates could affect the flame retardancy of ABS by physical interference at different loading but by chemical interference with different types. The chemical interference had a strong catalytic effect on physical interference.
