摘要: 综述了包括溶解扩散过程、流变特性、泡孔成核生长过程等聚乙烯微孔塑料制备过程中的基础理论及研究进展。并以应用于绝缘介质材料为例,从选材到泡孔控制提出了提高其使用性能的建议。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the basic theory and research progress in the preparation of polyethylene microcellular foams, which included the dissolution and diffusion processes, rheological properties, and bubble nucleation and bubble growth processes. Taking the application for insulation materials as an example, some suggestions were proposed to improve the performance of insulation materials through the materials selection and bubble control.
