端氨基丁腈橡胶增韧环氧树脂性能研究

Study on Properties of Epoxy Resin Impact-modified with ATBN

摘要: 采用端氨基液体丁腈橡胶(ATBN)对环氧树脂(EP)/聚醚胺(D230)体系进行增韧研究,探究了ATBN的加入对树脂体系凝胶时间、力学性能、断面微观形貌、耐热性能的影响。结果表明,当ATBN的含量为15份(质量份,下同)时,增韧效果最为明显,EP/D230/ATBN体系的冲击强度比未增韧的体系提高了65 %,弯曲强度提高了14 %,拉伸剪切强度提高了73 %。

Abstract: The epoxy resin/polyether amine thermosetting system was modified with amineterminated liquid ATBN as a impact modified, and their gel time, morphology and mechanical properties were investigated. The results indicated that this thermosetting system obtained a significant toughening effect when 15 phr of ATBN was added. Compared to pristine epoxy resin, the impact modified thermosetting system achieved an improvement in impacted strength by 65 %, in bending strength by 14 % and in tensile shear strength by 73 %.
