笔记本电脑盖板IMR注塑模设计

Design of IMR Injection Mould for Notebook Computer Cover

摘要: 通过对笔记本电脑盖板的模内贴膜工艺(IMR)及塑件结构分析,设计了用于模内贴膜工艺的热流道注塑模。通过对模内贴膜工艺分析,设计了薄膜吸附、密封、移动、定位装置;通过对模具分型面、浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、推出机构、排气及冷却系统等的特点分析,确定了动定模倒装、热流道、侧边扇形浇口、斜顶内侧抽芯与推出等的模具结构。实践证明,采用此种模具设计,可进一步提高塑件质量和生产效率、降低塑件制造成本,并为同类结构特点的注塑模设计提供了参考。

Abstract: An in-mould reprint (IMR) injection mould with hot runner was designed for the notebook computer cover on the basis of the analyses of the IMR process and cover structure. A set of film positioning, sealing, adsorption and mobile mechanisms were designed according to the analysis of the IMR technology. Moreover, a reasonable mould structure was determined in terms of the analyses of the molded parting surface, gating system, side core-pulling mechanism, and exhaust and cooling systems. The characteristic design for the moving and fixed mould flip-mold structure, hot runner, offset fan gate and slanted ejector pin not only increased the product quality and production efficiency, but also reduced the production cost. The design reported by this work provides a good reference for the similar mould design.
