滚塑无伞空投储水罐的设计与分析

A Design and Analysis of Rotationally Molded Water Storage Tank in Free Drop

摘要: 为解决野战部队、应急抢险人员的饮用水、油料的快速补给问题,实现紧急情况下的用水、用油的有效保障,本文针对滚塑无伞空投储水罐技术进行深入研究和探索,根据实战需求,设计并研制出一种可无伞空投、便于携运行的储液装备。论文针对该储液装置提出了合理的设计方案,包括结构、外形、材料以及成型工艺的设计,并通过理论分析和空投试验验证设计方案的可行性和合理性。实际应用表明,该滚塑无伞空投水罐的结构、材料、工艺、性能均能满足液体类无伞空投的要求,空投后液体无外泄情况,能正常使用。本研究开发的无伞空投水罐是一种实用、方便、经济的新型空投装备,值得推广的实用。

Abstract: To realize a supply of drinking water and oil for field forces and emergent rescuers, this article reported a design and development of rotation molding technology for a water storage tank in free drop. A type of liquid storage equipment with a free-dropping and easy-carrying capability was designed and then a reasonable scheme including the structure, shape, materials and molding process design was proposed to meet the requirement of practical applications. The feasibility and reasonability of the scheme were verified by theoretical analysis and practical airdrop test. The results indicated that the structure, materials, technology and performance of the rotation-molded water storage tank in free drop met the requirement of free drop for liquid, and there is no leakage of liquid for normal use of airdrop. It is concluded that the water storage tank in free drop developed by this work is a new type of practical, convenient and economical airdrop equipment that is suitable for practical use.
