高档棚膜专用料DFDC9088的研制与开发

Research and Preparation of Special Material DFDC9088 for High Quality Greenhouse Films

摘要: 分析了线形低密度聚乙烯DFDC7050的相对分子质量分级,对照高档棚膜的性能要求,确定了DFDC9088的技术指标。通过对生产装置聚合工艺的调整,改变了树脂的相对分子质量分布,同时进行了DFDC9088抗氧化助剂配方的优化筛选工作。实验结果表明,生产出的DFDC9088具有良好的加工工艺性能,结晶度低,光学性能好。经蔬菜基地大田扣棚和氙灯加速老化试验,均表明DFDC9088是一种优良的高档功能性农膜基础料。

Abstract: Fractional molecular weight of linear low density polyethylene DFDC7050 was analysed. Property of DFDC9088 was determined according to the requirement of high quality greenhouse films. The molecular weight distribution was controlled through the adjustment of the production process.Best antioxidation additive formula was chosen.The result showed that the DFDC9088 had good processing ability and optical performance.Practical application and Xenon lamp artificial accelerated experiments proved that DFDC9088 was a kind of high quality greenhouse films.
