SA型透明聚酰胺的聚集态结构和热性能研究

摘要: 采用固相缩聚工艺制备了一系列SA型透明聚酰胺(SATPA),对SATPA的聚集态结构和热性能进行了研究。结果表明,SATPA为非结晶性高聚物;固相缩聚能够有效地提高SATPA的耐热性,通过固相缩聚,SATPA的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)最高可由102 ℃提高到120 ℃,并且Tg随着熔体流动速率的降低而增长;SATPA的起始热分解温度都超过420 ℃,具有良好的热稳定性。

Abstract: A serial of SAtype transparent polyamide(SATPA) with different melt flow rate were developed by postsolidstatepolycondensation (PSSP). The morphology and thermal property of sythesized SATPA were studied. The SATPA by PSSP was amorphous. The glass transition temperature(Tg) increased from 102 ℃ to 120 ℃, indicating its better resistance to heat. Further more, the higher the glass transition temperature, the lower the melt flow. The starting decomposition temperature of all SATPA by PSSP was above 440 ℃.It had good thermal stability.
