辐射交联发泡聚乙烯电晕处理研究

摘要: 主要探讨了电晕处理对辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料产品表面张力的改变规律。分析讨论了影响材料表面张力的主要因素,包括材料发泡倍率、电晕处理功率、生产线速度、产品厚度、温度等。结果表明,发泡倍率提高会提高材料表明张力;提高功率、减慢速度、提高温度都有助于改善电晕处理效果;电晕处理后表面张力衰减速度与存储条件有关,达到38mN/m后常温下可保持一周,但是衰减后再次电晕会容易。

Abstract: Improving surface tension of radiation crosslinked polyethylene (IXPE) foam by corona treatment be introduced .The main influence factors on surface tension such as ratio of materials, power and speed of corona treatment, product thickness, temperature, etc, have been studied.It has been observed that surface tension increase along with ratios; stronger power,slower speed, and higher temperature can improve the corona treatment results;the reduction of surface tension after corona treatment depends on storage condition of the materials.The material with surface tension reaching 38mN/m can maintain for a week,but it can be easily corona treated secondly.
