滴灌管(带)产品中炭黑分散样品制备的影响因素及含量与分散关系的研究

摘要: 对滴灌管(带)产品炭黑含量和炭黑分散进行试验研究,得出了滴灌管(带)产品中炭黑含量与分散的对应关系:随着炭黑含量的增加,其分散等级也在缓慢增大;炭黑含量在(2.25±0.25) %的范围内,其分散等级为1.4~2.6级,而炭黑分散均合格的情况下(≤3),炭黑含量变化较大;热压片法制备滴灌管(带)产品炭黑分散试样的最佳条件为加载质量5 kg,最佳温度≥190 ℃,时间≥1.25 h。

Abstract: The effect of carbon black content on its dispersion in drip irrigation pipe was studied. With increasing of carbon black, the dispersion slowly increased. When the content was about (2.25±0.25) %, its dispersion was in grade 1.4~2.6. In addition, the optimal preparation condition was given: the loading weight of 5 kg, the optimum temperature of over 190 ℃, and the time over 1.25 h.
