Optimization of Parameters of Injection Molding Process Based on Taguchi and Synthetic Weighted Mark Methods

摘要: 采用稳健设计、均值分析、变量分析等方法,对机箱盖在注塑过程中出现的翘曲及体积收缩品质缺陷等问题进行了研究。结果表明,获得了翘曲变形及体积收缩最小的最优工艺参数组合及各因素的影响因子;确定了兼顾翘曲变形量及体积收缩率这两目标最优的工艺参数组合为熔体温度为250 ℃,模具温度为80 ℃,注射时间为1.3 s,保压时间为25 s,冷却时间为19 s,保压压力为100 %,获得了表面品质及尺寸均合格的产品。

Abstract: Defects like warpage and volume shrinkage occurring in injection molding process of a casing were investigated by means of robust design, mean analysis and variable analysis methods.Based on the results obtained in this work, optimum combination of processing parameters as well as various influencing factors was obtained for minimizing warpage and volume shrinkage.To obtain a qualified product in both surface and size, such a combination included a melt temperature of 250 ℃, mold temperature of 250 ℃, a mold temperature of 250 ℃, injection time of 1.3 s, holding time of 25 s, cooling time of 19 s, and a holding pressure of 100 %.
