摘要: 通过群青颜料的耐酸测试,论证了耐酸群青的耐酸性;通过未加群青颜料和添加2种群青颜料的对比实验,研究了群青颜料对未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)异型材的加工性能、着色性以及对制品耐候性和光泽度的影响。结果表明,普通群青在遇到盐酸时,立即发生褪色反应,而耐酸群青经盐酸侵蚀0.5 h也基本不变色;对耐酸群青进行表面处理,相同添加量下,耐酸群青比普通群青具有更好的分散性和着色力;但无论添加耐酸群青还是普通群青,均不利于PVC-U异型材的耐候性。

Abstract: Ultramarine is an important pigment with a bright color, which is used for the shield of PVC-U profiles, and however, its molecular structure makes ultramarine especially vulnerable by acid. The development of acid-resisting ultramarine is necessary for improving the comprehensive performance of PVC-U profiles. This paper reported the acid-resistant tests for an acid-resisting ultramarine pigment by the addition of HCl and also presented the comparison results of extrusion test for different types of ultramarine pigments. An investigation was conducted for the effects of different types of ultramarine on the processing properties and weatherability, coloring property and glossy degree, and the obtained results might provide a reference for the use of ultramarine pertinent in PVC-U profiles.
