飞机用复合材料的设计和维修展望

An Outlook on Design and Maintenance of Aircraft-used Composite Materials

摘要: 在整理总结国内外维修案例的基础上,提出了复合材料结构设计、制造和维护需要值得注意的问题,包括:冲击载荷下蜂窝夹层结构的设计、空调管卡和蜂窝接触面的节点处理、复合材料部件前缘处理、紧固件孔的设计、单面紧固件和芳酰胺纤维的应用细节等。结果表明,较薄复合材料零件的连接,建议使用胶结;为提高刚度可以使用共固化工艺,但共固化形成的零件应同时考虑其维修相关问题。

Abstract: This paper proposed the vital problems in structure design, manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft-used composite materials according to the summarized cases of aircraft maintenance home and aboard. These problems covered the design of sandwich structure under the impact load, handle of the contact points between sandwich panel and air duct, treatment of front edges of composite parts, design of fastener hole, applications of blind fasteners and aramid components and many more. It was concluded that adhesives were recommended to use in the thin composite parts, and however co-curing process should be adopted to improve the rigidity of composite parts. Furthermore, the relative maintenance problems should be paid attention to for the co-cured parts.
