塑封电机温流道注射工艺研究

摘要: 从不饱和聚酯玻璃纤维增强团状模塑料(BMC)材料的特性出发,论述了温流道注射成型工艺原理,分析了针对塑封电机BMC温流道注射模具的设计要点。从注射温度与注射压力两个重要的注射工艺参数角度,研究了温流道注射工艺的可制造性。结果表明,温流道注射工艺可应用在塑封电机领域中,并实现了注射成型过程无浇注系统废料与定子内圆免去毛刺,带来了可观的经济收益。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of BMC materials, the principle of a warm runner injection process was discussed, and the main points of design for the BMC warm runner injection mold were analyzed. The manufacturability of the warm runner injection molding process was also studied in terms of two important injection-molding parameters: injection temperature and injection pressure. The results showed that the warm runner injection process could be applied in the injection molding process of plastic-packaged motor, in which the injection process without coagulation in casting system was realized and the deburring process was avoided for internal surface of the stator. This may brings considerably economic benefits.
