马来酸单三甘醇酯钙/锌热稳定剂的制备及其 对PVC制品热稳定性能影响的研究

Preparation of Calcium/Zinc Triglycol Ester Acid Maleate Heat Stabilizer and Its Effect on Thermal Stability of PVC Products

摘要: 以五圆环马来酸酐与三甘醇为原料制备中间产物马来酸单三甘醇酯(TAM),再与乙酸钙/锌反应制得具有多官能团的功能性单体,分子结构中具有酯基、羰基、醚键、共轭双键的马来酸单三甘醇酯混合钙/锌盐(TAM-Ca/Zn),作为热稳定剂的主要组份。利用乙二胺四乙酸二钠 (EDTA-2Na)标准溶液滴定测定金属离子含量;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对其进行结构表征;利用热烘箱老化法、刚果红测试、电导率测试、热失重法考察其热稳定效果及性能,并考察与硬脂酰苯甲酰甲烷(β二酮)的协同作用。结果表明,当TAM-Ca/Zn的质量比为1.5/1时具有较好的协同作用及热稳定效果,维持初期白度达到50 min,静态热稳定时间为29 min,优于硬脂酸钙/锌型热稳定剂;当β二酮的添加量为热稳定剂总质量的10 %时效果最好。

Abstract: Triglycol ester acid maleate as an intermediate product was prepared by using five-ring maleic anhydride and triethylene glycol as raw materials and then reacted with calcium/zinc acetate to obtain a functional monomer with multifunctional groups. There are ester groups, carbonyl groups, ether bond and conjugated double bond in the molecules of maleic acid monotriethylene glycol ester. Afterward, a heat stabilizer was obtained by mixing maleic acid monotriethylene glycol ester with calcium/zinc salt. The content of metal ions was determined by titration with a standard solution of edetate disodium, and the chemical structure of the heat stabilizer was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, and its thermal stabilizing effect on PVC was investigated by means of a thermal oven aging method, Congo red test, conductivity test and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, the synergetic stabilizing effect of this thermal stabilizer with β-diketone (Stearoyl benzoylmethane) was also evaluated. The results indicated that there was a good synergistic effect on enhancement of thermal stability when the mass ratio of calcium/zinc triglycol ester acid maleate was set to 1.5/1. The initial whiteness of the specimen could maintain 50 min, and the static thermal stability time reached 29 min, indicating that the heat stabilizer developed by this work has a better stabilizing effect than the normal calcium/zinc stearate one. An optimum stabilizing effect was achieved when 10 wt% of β-diketone added was added into this heat stabilizer.
