薄壁螺纹弧形抽芯塑件的模具结构设计

Design of Molds for Thin and Arc Thread Parts with Die Cores

摘要: 以聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/聚丙烯/30%玻璃纤维(PBT/PP/30%GF)塑料压头为例,分析了产品在模具设计上的难点,对产品材料、浇注系统、槽轮导向弧形抽芯结构、螺纹旋转脱模结构、丝筒针复合二次顶出结构等进行了设计,介绍了模具的整体结构和工作过程。结果表明,该模具无需外加抽芯动力装置,利用注塑机的开模力实现塑件弧形抽芯,解决了现有技术中弧形抽芯和螺纹脱模耗时、易拉伤塑件的问题,保证了弧形抽芯及薄壁内螺纹塑件的品质。

Abstract: Take PBT/PP/30%GF plastic head for an example, difficulties in mold design were analyzed.Resin pouring system,sheave guide are core pulling structure ,thread demoulding structure and wire cylinder needle with two-setp ejection mechanisum were designed.The overall sructure and working process of the mould were introduced.The mold without external pulling device can achieve plastic parts are core pulling by the injection molding machine itself.
