片材口模尺寸对聚丙烯挤出发泡影响研究

Study on the Influence of Die geometric on extrusion PP foam

摘要: 摘要:挤出机头是挤出成型的关键装置,合理的机头设计可以确保制品的质量和产量,本文自行设计加工不同几何结构的机头,并进行挤出发泡实验,记录实验过程中各项工艺参数,观察测试实验得到的发泡制品,重点讨论机头结构对聚丙烯发泡材料的发泡倍率、泡孔结构的影响。实验结果表明:机头流道的高度和长度是影响聚丙烯发泡片材的主要因素。

Abstract: Abstract: Extrusion die is the key device in extrusion molding, a reasonable design of the die can ensure the quality and yield of products. A series of sheet dies were designed according to the qualification.The designed dies were utilized to do the foaming experiments, processing parameters were recorded during the experiment, and the foaming products were examined and tested, especially the influence of the die structure on the expansion ratio and foam structure of the polypropylene foams was discussed emphasisly. At last, the experimental results suggested that the height and length of the die channel were the main factors that influence the polypropylene foaming sheet.
