Optimization of Injection Molding Process and Quality Evaluation for Some Outer Decoration Parts Based on Orthogonal Test Method

摘要: 某型号DVD刻录机外门为外饰薄壁塑料制件,在装配及外观质量上都有较高要求。本文应用CAE技术,设计了最佳浇口位置;针对翘曲变形,基于正交试验法,通过综合平衡法分析获得最优的工艺参数组合,并进行了质量评定与实验验证,本研究为实际大批量生产提供了理论依据与技术支持。

Abstract: The studied outer door is a plastic production with thin for the outer decoration of the certain type DVD disc recorder. And there are the higher requirements of assemble, appearance and so on. According to the warpage of part in the practical production, combining with orthogonal experiment method and CAE technology, the process parameters are optimized and the optimal combinations of process parameters are achieved by the integrated balance method. Especially, under this process, the qualified product can be obtained through the experimental verification. The research may provide a theoretical basis and technical support to the practical mass production.
