Situation and Developing Trend of Flame Retardancy of XPS Foam

摘要: 综述了挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)的阻燃技术现状;分析了XPS泡沫塑料的阻燃机理;着重介绍了六溴环十二烷(HBCD)对XPS泡沫塑料的阻燃作用,以及影响HBCD阻燃效果发挥的几种因素。最后,指出了今后XPS泡沫塑料阻燃技术的发展趋势。

Abstract: The developing situation of flame retardancy of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) was reviewed. Mechanism of flame retarded XPS foam was discussed, especially using hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) as flame retardant. Influencing factors on flame retardancy of HBCD were also analyzed. Finally, the developing trend of flame retardancy of XPS foam was pointed out.
