含无机纳米粒子聚乙烯薄膜在高原地区应用的抗老化特性

Anti一aging Characteristic of PE Film with Inorganic Nano Particles in High Altitude Area

摘要: 以不同纳米粒子和光稳定剂体系与低密度聚乙烯进行熔融共混所获得的聚乙烯薄膜为研究对象,采用红外光谱分析与老化特征有关的拨基指数等进行较全面的对比测试。研究结果表明:少量SiO2 Zn0等无机纳米粒子的应用,对聚乙烯薄膜的光氧化降解的抑制作用和高原紫外光的反射屏蔽作用很明显;无机纳米粒子与光稳定剂在抗光氧化降解能力上的协同效应效果显著,增强了薄膜的抗高原强紫外光老化性能,纳米粒子的抗光氧降解能力强弱顺序为:ZnO> SiO2>Al2O3

Abstract: Low density polyethylene(PE-LD ) was blended with various inorganic nano particles and light stabilizer to enhance its resistance to photo-oxidative degradation in high altitude areas. Carbonyl index was determined using infrared absorption spectroscopy(IRS) and used as a characteristic of aging behavior. A small amount of .inorganic nano particles, such as SiOz and ZnO, played very good function for shielding  ultraviolet(UV) light and inhibiting photo-oxidative degradation. These inorganic nano partides exhibited an obvious synergetic effect with light stabilizers. The effectiveness of the inorganic nano particles was in the order ofZnO> SiO2>Al2O3.
