摘要: 采用VB+SQL Server开发了聚乙烯管道接头失效基础数据库系统,实现对含缺陷聚乙烯电熔与热熔接头的缺陷类型、外观特征及其对应的超声图谱的组织管理、查询及浏览等功能。该数据库可以为聚乙烯管接头无损检测人员快速准确地检测、识别电熔及热熔接头中的缺陷特征,判断缺陷类型及其危害性提供帮助。

Abstract: A database system was successfully developed, using Visual Basic and SQL Server. Using the database, the defect types, characteristics and the corresponding ultrasonic images of electrofusion and butt-fusion can be sorted, queried and browsed. The database system can help the non-destructive testing workers detect and identify the defect feature in electrofusion or butt-fusion joints rapidly and accurately, so as to estimate the defect type and the harmfulness.
