汽车格栅双色注射模具设计

Two-component Injection Mould Design for Automobile Grilles

摘要: 以汽车格栅双组分产品为例,分析产品的结构工艺特点,采用热流道多点针阀喷嘴顺序控制技术,保证了产品的外观品质;采用斜顶抽芯、油缸外抽芯和油缸内抽芯等多种组合抽芯方式,实现复杂汽车模具的侧向抽芯;采用棱柱形导向装置和定位器的定位方式,缩减了模具的外形尺寸,保证了大型双色模具的精确定位。

Abstract: By analyzing the structural process of automobile grilles, the sequence control technology of multiple gate needle valve hot nozzles was used to improve the product’s appearance quality. The mechanism of angle lift, cylinder actuated external slider, and cylinder actuated internal slider were combined to fulfill core pulling of complex car molds. Centering plates, prismatic, and guides were fitted to shorten the dimensions of molds and to ensure accurate positioning in large molds.
