Abstract: The overall structure of outside mold decoration was designed, which was composed of heating, changing, and posting sections, and equipped with a single stage air-cooling reciprocating air compressor（TA-65）and a water ring vacuum pump（2BV）. The system of heating servo feed was analyzed and corrected, with the transient and steady state characteristics of the system obviously improved.
