摘要: 根据固一液相变材料石蜡在聚乙烯(PE)交联网络中的打散洛胀特性,制备了一种以PE交联网络为支撑肾架和包覆层、以石蜡为储能材料的复合型高分子固一固相转变储能材料。通过测定不同温度下、不同交联程度PE在石蜡中的洛胀速率、平衡洛胀比等,研究了交联PE在石蜡中的洛胀行为及洛胀动力学,为相变材料的制备工艺提供了依据;此外,还对复合相变材料中石蜡的打散、渗透行为及打散动力学进行了研究。结果表明制备的相变储能材料具有长期使用性能。

Abstract: Based on the special dispersion and swelling characteristics of paraffin in the network of polyethylene (PE),a polymeric energy storage material was prepared,in which solid-liquid phase change of paraffin served for the latent heat storage, and polyethylene acted as a supporting and encapsulating material.The effect of cross linking degree of PE and temperature on the swelling rate, diffusion kinetics and equilibrium swelling ratio of paraffin were investigated.It showed that the energy-storage performanse could be long-term maintained.
