摘要: 提出了一种注射时间的优选方法,采用简化的注射流动模型预测不同注射时间下的注射压力和最低熔体温度,并基于上述预测参数,以较低的注射压力,较小的熔体温差,较短的注射时间为优化目标,建立优化模型以确定最优的注射时间。最后,以一个数值算例来验证本文所提出优选方法的正确性,通过与HsCAE3D 7.0模拟结果对比,其优选的注射时间满足上述优化目标.

关键词: An optimizing method of injection time was proposed in this paper. The injection pressure and the lowest melt temperature were first predicted by a simplified flow model under different injection time. Based on the above parameters, a model was established to optimize the injection time, and lower injection pressure, lower difference of melt temperature, and the shorter injection time were further obrained. Finally, a numerical example was studied, which showed that the determined injection rime well fitted the objective of optimization.
