摘要: 针对开孔发泡加工中使用惰性气体作为物理发泡剂的两种加工方法:间歇加工和连续挤出加工,总结出不同的加工方法间均遵循的基本原则,即发泡时间、饱和压力、发泡温度以及气体浓度等是影响开孔结构产生的重要因素。分析了影响开孔行为的一些因素以及增加开孔率的方法:加入交联剂、改变不同的材料配方、通入不同的发泡剂等。并结合电磁动态成型技术提出了电磁动态微孔开孔发泡挤出成型新技术。

Abstract: Batch and continuous extrusion processing methods in open-cell foaming with inert gases as physical blowing agents arc summarized. Temperature, pressure, time and blowing agents concentration in foaming processing are important factors on the open-cell structure. The basic principles conformed in these different processing methods arc presented.Some factors influencing the behavior of opening and methods increasing open-cell content are analyzed. It was proposed that the electromagnetism dynamic processing will be one of the major methods in the open-cell foaming.
