摘要: 采用化学溶剂洗脱法对废旧光盘的除膜过程进行了研究,考查了洗脱剂浓度、处理温度和搅拌等因素对除膜效果的影响。结果表明,洗脱剂浓度是影响光盘除膜效果的主要因素,处理温度对除膜效果也有重要影响,进行搅拌可以促进除膜过程;经化学溶剂洗脱后的反射层金属以金属盐的形式得到了回收。采用溶剂萃取的方法对已经化学除膜的可录式(CD-R)光盘的记录层染料及盘基材料进行了回收研究。结果表明,乙醇是CD-R光盘记录层染料的有效提取剂,染料提取后可得到纯净的光盘基片。此外,还用溶解-反沉淀法实现了对反射层金属和盘基材料聚碳酸酯的直接回收。

Abstract: In this paper, the recovery of reflecting layer metal, recording layer dye, and the base polycarbonate of compact disks (CDs) were studied via chemical dissolving. The solvent concentration, temperature, and stirring were found important factors in recovery. The reflecting layer metal was collected in forms of AlCl3 or AgCl. The recording layer dye was extracted using alcohol. Besides, back-deposit method was also found effective in the recovery of reflecting layer metal.
