内模填充衣架式机头内物料停留时间的数值模拟

摘要: 采用有限元分析软件Polyflow对机头流道进行三维模拟,探讨了通过内模填充流道的方法使用同一个机头生产不同幅宽的片材,研究了不同内模夹角对流道内流体停留时间的影响。结果表明:流道内物料主要停留在歧管端部;最长停留时间主要受最小死区夹角影响,并与其增减趋势一致;内模夹角为40°时,流道内流体最长停留时间最短,物料停留体积最少。

Abstract: The die channel was simulated using Polyflow software in order to find a way to produce films with different breadth using a same die through inner-die insertion. The effect of core angle on the residence time was investigated. It showed that the flow was most resided at the end of the channel; the longest residence time was mostly affected by the smallest angle of the channel. When the angle of the core angle was 40°, the least residence time of the flow was observed
