废旧塑料/磷石膏复合模板加热温度与保温时间的研究

摘要: 利用废旧塑料(聚乙烯、聚丙烯)与磷石膏共混,采用热压成型的工艺制成复合建筑模板。通过设计工艺参数方案,探讨了不同加热温度和保温时间对复合模板的力学性能与宏观形貌的影响。结果表明,复合模板的最佳加热温度为240 ℃,最佳保温时间为40 min,此时得到的模板力学性能好,静曲强度为50.6 MPa,弹性模量为4.5 GPa,冲击强度为50.6 kJ/m2,宏观形貌致密、均匀。

Abstract: Waste plastics/phosphogypsum compound formwork was prepared via melt blending and hot-pressing molding. The effect of pressing temperature and holding time on the mechanical property and macroscopic morphology of the compound formwork were discussed. It showed that the best pressing temperature and holding time were 240 ℃ and 40 min, respectively. The static bending strength, elasticity modulus, and impact strength of thus obtained compound formwork were 50.6 MPa, 4.5 GPa, and 50.6 kJ/m2, respectively. The macroscopic morphology was dense, even-textured.
