DBSA参杂聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯磺酸聚苯胺抗静电剂的制备与应用

摘要: 以聚丙烯 (PP) 为基体,聚苯胺(SPSS)为接枝物,十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为掺杂剂,采用溶液接枝法制备了高分子永久型抗静电剂聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯磺酸聚苯胺 (PPgSPSPANI)。探讨了DBSA及引发剂用量对该高分子抗静电剂性能的影响,利用红外光谱对该高分子抗静电剂进行了表征,通过扫描电子显微镜分析了PP/ PPgSPSPANI共混物的断面。结果表明,PPgSPSPANI可使PP体积电阻率降低到1.0×1012 Ω·cm,且二者有很好的相容性。

Abstract: A high molecular weight permanent antistatic agent was prepared by solution grafting polymer. That is polypropylene (PP) as matrix, polyaniline(SPSS) for the graft, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) as dopant (PPgSPSPANI) polymer complex . Inquiries into the effect of DBSA and initiator dosage on properties of polymer antistatic agent were made. PPgSPSPANI were characterized by FTIR and the fracture surfaces of PP blends were tested by SEM. The volume resistivity of PPgSPSPANI/PP can reduce to 1012Ω·cm and PPgSPSPANI /PP has good compatibility.
