Advances on the research of halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic elastomers

摘要: 热塑性弹性体(TPEs)是一种在常温下具有传统硫化橡胶的高弹性,高温下又能塑化成型的高分子材料。因其在使用和加工性能上的诸多优点,TPE已经在多个领域得到广泛应用。但受限于分子结构,TPE易燃,并且在燃烧过程中伴随有熔融滴落现象,不能离火自熄。近年来,随着对材料防火性能、环保性能要求的不断提高,无卤阻燃型TPE的研究已经成为热点。着重介绍了近几年苯乙烯类、聚氨醋类和聚烯烃类TPEs的无卤阻燃研究现状和新进展,概括了今后的发展趋势。

Abstract: Thermoplastic elastomers(TPEs)are of rubber elasticity at room temperature,and capable of being processed at high temperature like thermoplastics. Due to such excellent performances,TPEs have been widely used in many industry fields and commercial applications. However,the inherent molecular structures of TPEs lead a high flammability with dripping during the flaming fire, which limits their utilization. In recent years,with the improvement of requirements in flame-retardant and environmental performances of materials,more and more researches have been focused on the halogen-free flame retardant TPEs. The present work summarized the latest research development of the halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polystyrene elastomers,polyurethane elastomers and olefin elastomers.
