摘要: 采用三层共挤流延法成膜工艺,在镀铝层树脂中物理共混人乙烯一甲基丙烯酸甲醋(EMMA)进行改性,制备了镀铝级流延聚丙烯(MCPP)薄膜。研究了EMMA树脂的共混含量对MCPP薄膜的挺度、雾度以及真空镀铝后对铝层附着牢度的影响。结果表明,在镀铝层原料树脂中共混人20%的EMMA,所制备的改性MCPP薄膜机身方向(MD)的1%正割模量为568 MPa,雾度值为7. 40%,薄膜镀铝后的铝层附着牢度达到1. 38 N/15mm。改性后的薄膜能满足镀铝工艺要求,且大大提高了薄膜对铝层的附着牢度。

Abstract: MCPP film was prepared via three-layer co-extruded casting process,which was modified through blending EMMA with aluminized resin. The influence of the amount of EMMA on haze, stiffness of MCPP, as well as the aluminum adhesive strength of MCPP film was studied. It showed that when 20%EMMA was blended,the MCPP exhibited a 1%secant MD modulus of 568 MPa,haze value of 7. 40%,and an adhesive strength with aluminum of 1. 38 N/15 mm. The modified MCPP film could meet the requirement of metalizing technology process,and the adhesive strength of aluminum layer and film was greatly improved.
