电化学沉积聚噻吩膜的表征及性能测试

The Characterization and Performance Tests of Electrochemical Deposited Polythiophene Film

摘要: 在离子液体三氟化硼乙醚BFEE中直接电化学沉积制备聚噻吩膜。在1.1 V恒电位下聚合生成掺杂态的蓝绿色聚噻吩膜1#,然后通过0.2 V恒电位扫描将蓝绿色膜还原成本征态的亮红色膜2#。利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了聚噻吩膜的电化学性能,结果表明在离子液体BFEE中制备得到的聚噻吩膜具有良好的电化学稳定性。通过电输运测试系统分别测试了这两种不同状态聚噻吩膜的电阻率,计算得到膜1#和2#对应的电导率分别为44.64 S/cm和1.33 S/cm,掺杂态膜1#的电导率比本征态膜2#的电导率高出33倍,该测试结果和以往掺杂可提高聚合物导电性的结论相一致,并且数据显示该聚合方法得到的聚噻吩膜的导电性较好。

Abstract: The polythiophene film were gathered directly in ionic liquid BFEE by electrochemical deposition. The doping state of turquoise polythiophene film 1# were get at 1.1 V constant potential, then get undoping state of vivid red film 2# by add 0.2V constant voltage at film 1#. Study the electrochemical performance of polythiophene film using cyclic voltammetry (CV) method, the result indicates that the polythiophene film get from ionic liquid BFEE has good electrochemical stability. Test the two different state polythiophene films’ resistivity through the electric transport test system, we get two sets of data of specific conductance corresponds to film 1# and film 2#, they are 44.64 S/cm and 1.33 S/cm. The specific conductance of doping stated film 1# is 33 times higher than undoping stated film 2#. This result in line with the conclusion that doping can improve the conductivity of polymer. And the data shows that this method of polymerize is good for it’s conductivity of the polythiophene film is fine.
