玄武岩纤维对PE-HD/竹粉复合材料增强增韧研究

The Influence of basalt fiber on the strengthening and toughening of HDPE/Bamboo composites

摘要: 本文通过熔融共混方法制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/竹粉/玄武岩纤维(FB)共混物,研究了竹粉和玄武岩纤维对HDPE的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和耐热性能的影响;结果表明,加入竹粉,HDPE/竹粉复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度显著下降,但是弯曲强度有所上升,材料显脆性;但是当玄武岩纤维部分取代竹粉后,HDPE/竹粉/玄武岩纤维复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度得到大幅度增加,体现较好的协同效应;结果证实玄武岩纤维是木塑/竹塑复合材料较好的增强增韧纤维材料。

Abstract: In this article, we prepared HDPE/bamboo/basalt fiber composites by melting blending method and investigated the influence of bamboo powder and basalt fiber on tensile strength, bend stength, impact strength and heat resitance of HDPE. The results have shown that bamboo powder leads to the decrease in tensile strength and impact strength, but the increase in tensile strength; when basalt fiber was added, the composites show a increase trend in tensile strength and bending strength, also, it improve the toughness. And it is a good reinforcing materials for wood / bamboo and plastic composites(W/BPC).
