摘要: 综述了航空航天用膨化聚四氟乙烯密封材料的制备方法,包括戈尔方法和成孔剂发泡方法;详细介绍了戈尔方法中关于原材料的选择、助剂的选择、拉伸条件的选择和热定型温度对孔隙率和孔径影响的研究进展,并对膨化聚四氟乙烯未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: The latest progress of expanded polytetrafluoroethylence aircraft sealant was reviewed, including Gore method and poreforming agent foaming method. The effect of raw materials, lubricant, stretching condition, and sintering temperature on porosity and pore size was summarized. The future research trend on expanded polytetrafluoroethylence was also prospected.
