摘要: 从汽车内饰件、外部覆盖件和主承力结构件等不同性能要求的部件出发,综述了目前车用高分子复合材料的应用现状,系统分析了车用高分子复合材料在绿色环保、轻量化节能、低成本制造以及服役安全性等方面具有的优势和存在的不足,展望了其发展趋势。

Abstract: Based on different performance requirements of the automotive interior, exterior panels, and the main bearing structures in different parts, the current vehicle application of polymer composite materials was reviewed. The advantages and shortcomings in environmental protection, energy conservation of lightweight, low cost fabrication, and service security of automotive polymer composites were analyzed completely. The prospect of development trend were introduced.
