不同PETG对PS/PETG共混物相态结构的影响

Effect of Different PETG on the Morphology Structure of PS/PETG Blends

摘要: 采用转矩流变仪制备了聚苯乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸-乙二醇-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PS/PETG)共混物和PS/改性PETG(PETG-M)共混物。采用旋转流变仪和熔体流动速率测定仪测定了PS、PETG和PETG-M的流变性能;采用扫描电子显微镜观测了共混物的相态结构。结果表明,随着PETG和PETG-M含量的提高,PS/PETG共混物和PS/PETG-M中PETG和PETG-M分散相颗粒平均粒径都增大,分散相颗粒密度都减小,在含量相同的情况下,PETG-M的分散相颗粒平均粒径小于PETG,PETG-M的分散相颗粒密度高于PETG,PETG-M的分散相粒径分布宽度更窄。

Abstract: Polystyrene/poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol terephthalate) (PS/PETG) blends and PS/modified PETG blends were prepared by torque rheometer. The rheological properties of PS,PETG,and modified PETG were tested by using rotational rheometer and melt flow rate tester;the morphology structure of blends were investigated by using scanning electron microscope. The result showed that average particle size of PETG in PS/PETG blends and modified PETG in PS/modified PETG blends were increased with the PETG and modified PETG content increasing, the particle density showed crosscurrent; when the content of modified PETG and PETG was the same,the average particle size of modified PETG was high than the PETG,and the particle density of modified PETG was less than PETG,the particle size distribution of modified PETG was narrow.
