Research of Residual Stress for Injection Parts Based on Moldflow

摘要: 通过对注塑件残余内应力的影响因素的分析,发现熔体温度和模具温度对残余内应力的产生较大的影响,注射速率、保压时间和保压压力相对影响较小,通过对注塑工艺参数的优化,可以降低残余内应力;工业静液压测试验证了数值模拟的结果,且发现熔体温度和模具温度对残余内应力的产生较大的影响,注射速率、保压时间和保压压力相对影响较小。

Abstract: Residual stress has an important impact on the mechanical properties of injection parts. Through an analysis using Moldflow it was known that increasing melt and mold temperatures, lowering injection rate, reducing packing time, and packing pressure were beneficial to reduce the residual stress. Subsequent industrial hydrostatic test verified the numerical simulation results, and found that the residual stress was seriously influenced by the melt and mold temperatures, while less affected by packing pressure, packing time, and injection rate.
