聚合物叶片塑化挤出机正位移输送特性研究

Study on Positive Displacement Conveying Characteristics of Polymer Vane Extruder

摘要: 在对聚合物叶片塑化挤出机结构特征及工作原理分析的基础上,建立了叶片塑化挤出机正位移物料输运理论模型,对聚合物叶片塑化挤出机物料输送特性进行了探讨,同时针对叶片挤出机与螺杆挤出机的物料输送特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,理论产量与实际产量基本符合,叶片挤出机物料输送效率更高,受模头压力影响小,同时对物料特性依赖程度更低。

Abstract: Based on an analysis of structural characteristics and the working principle of vane plasticization extruder, a theoretical model of polymer conveying of vane extruder was formulated for studying the polymer materials conveying characteristics in a vane extruder. The experiments related to the polymer materials conveying characteristics were performed using a vane extruder and a screw extruder. It showed that the theory and practical productions of vane extruder were consistent. Compared with conventional single-screw extruder, the efficiency of extrusion conveying of vane extruder was higher, and less dependent on die pressure and material properties.
