摘要: 将谐波齿轮传动原理引入齿轮泵领域,提出了一种高黏度齿轮泵,分析了高黏度齿轮泵的结构及其径向力平衡的原理,对高黏度齿轮泵的径向液压力进行了分析。结果表明,高黏度齿轮泵有效地消除了齿轮泵的径向力,在下游阻力增加时,不会出现随着泵压力的增加而出现径向力变大的现象,高黏度齿轮泵的两个高压腔在一个转动周期内完成两次排料,提高了泵的输送效率和压力稳定性。

Abstract: A new type of gear pump for high viscous liquids was designed by introducing the principle of harmonic gear drive into gear pump. The structure and mechanism of radial force balance in the new gear pump were analyzed. It showed that the radial force for the new pump was balanced because the force would not increase with increasing pump pressure. Two higher pressure chambers could discharge flow two times in a period of one revolution, which increased the pumping efficiency and stability in pressure.
