摘要: 分析了精密模塑高压成型时,型腔弹性微变形对制品精度的影响;提出了型腔尺寸设计新方法以及控制成型制品精度的理论依据和措施。结果表明,为实现精密模塑,在满足型腔强度下,需要严格控制保压压力大小及其波动范围。

Abstract: The influence of elastic micro-deformation of cavity on the precision of product was analyzed. A new approach to cavity design was proposed for the controlling of product precision. In order to realize precision molding, it was necessary to strictly control the value and fluctuation of the hold pressure.
