冰箱隔板大型双层注塑模设计

摘要: 根据冰箱隔板的结构和大小,设计了一副大型双层注塑模具。重点分析和研究了模具的成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、冷却系统、导向定位系统、联动开模机构和脱模系统。通过采用热流道浇注系统和齿轮和齿条式联动开模机构,满足了大型塑件的成型要求,成型质量和注塑周期完全符合客户要求。

Abstract: A large volume double-layer injection mold was designed for refrigerator spacers. The various parts, gating system, side core-pulling mechanism, cooling system, guide positioning system, opening mechanism, and ejection system of the mold was studied. By employing a hot runner gating system and a mold opening mechanism of gear and rack, the designed mold was well met the requirements for the quality and molding cycle of the refrigerator spacers.
