聚酰亚胺/水滑石复合材料的制备与表征

The Preparation and Characterization of Polyimide/Hydrotalcite Composite

摘要: 采用固相预聚法,将4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)、联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)及水滑石的混合物进行充分研磨,再进行溶液聚合后通过热亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺/水滑石复合材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪和X-射线衍射仪对该复合材料的结构和组成进行表征,并对其热性能、力学性能和表面性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,采用此种方法可以得到水滑石剥离及分散较好的聚酰亚胺/水滑石复合材料,当水滑石含量在一定范围内时,复合材料的耐热性能、力学性能均得到一定程度的提高。

Abstract: The mixture of 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA), 3,3’,4,4’-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and hydrotalcite were thoroughly ground to get oligomer by solid phase prepolymerized. After polymerized in solvent, the composite of polyimide/hydrotalcite was obtained through thermal imidiation process. The structures and components of composite materials had been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The thermal property, mechanical property and surface character of the composites had been studied also. The results show that the polyimide/hydrotalcite composites with better dispersed hydrotalcite were gained by this method. And the heat resistance and mechanical performance of the composites were improved when the contents of hydrotalcite in a certain range.
