摘要： 简要介绍了哈普转矩流变仪在UPVC配方设计及其成型加工过程中的应用。包括PVC配方中的稳定剂系统的确定，润滑平衡体系调整及其它各改性助剂的加工性能检验以及生产工艺优化与产品质量控制。

Abstract: UPVC formula design and it’s application in moulding were introduced.Including the choice of stabilizer ,Lubrication balance adjustment , additives performance test ,production process optimization and quality control.
