Properties and Investigation Methods of Microrheology

摘要: 综述了微流变的研究与应用现状,详细介绍了微流变的流动特性,如低雷诺数、管壁滑移、黏弹性等,并对其测试表征方法(磁珠法、准弹性光散射法、原子力显微镜法等)进行了概述,最后,对微流变的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper introduced the characteristics of micro-flow such as low Reynolds number,wall slip,viscoelasticity and so on.The main testing methods of the microrheology such as magnetic bead manipulation,quasi-elastic light scattering, atomic force microscopy were also introduced.Finally,the application and development of microrheology was prospected.
