回转体非金属材料托轮的受热分析

摘要: 针对非金属托轮材料在使用过程中受热载破坏问题,设计了一种受压托轮材料优选方法,通过对选定材料进行力学性能测试得到制作托轮材料的压缩应力应变曲线、压缩弹性模量以及压缩弹性极限强度,利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟托轮在受压状态下的受力状况及塑性变形能量,利用ANSYS热分析,施加热载荷和边界条件,得到托轮在受压情况下的径向温度分布曲线和最大温度。

Abstract: For the thermal destruction of non-metallic rollers, a selection method of roller material was designed. The mechanical property of six materials was tested, and their compression-strain curves were obtained. Using the finite element software ANSYS, the plastic deformation energy of the roller under compression was simulated. Applying proper heat load and boundary conditions, the radial temperature profile and maximum temperature under pressure were estimated.
