工艺参数对短玻璃纤维增强PP注塑制品翘曲变形的影响研究

Influence of Processing Parameters on Short Glass Fiber Reinforced PP Injection Part Warpage

摘要: 针对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(PP)注塑制品存在的翘曲变形缺陷, 利用计算机辅助工程(CAE)以及正交实验设计相结合的方法,以汽车内饰件为例,研究了注射工艺参数如熔体温度、模具温度、纤维含量、注射时间、速度压力转换对制品成型翘曲的影响。结果表明,纤维含量、模具温度对翘曲变形影响作用较为明显,且存在最佳值;通过优化工艺参数,可使注塑制品翘曲变形最小,提高注塑制品的品质。

Abstract: In this article, the computer aided engineering (CAE) and orthogonal design experimental was combined to study the warpage of injected parts of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. Taking the car liner as an example, the warpage related parameters such as melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time, injection speed/pressure were investigated. It showed that the fiber content and mold temperature were two important factors affecting the warpage, which could be optimized to values giving minimum warpage.
